National Wind CEO Leon Steinberg to Speak at Energy Conference in Berlin

Leon Steinberg, Chief Executive Officer of National Wind, has been invited to speak at the first German American Energy Conference. The conference, hosted by the German American Chambers of Commerce and the German Energy Agency (dena), will take place in Berlin from March 30 to April 2, 2009. The theme of this inaugural conference is “Renewable Energy Boom USA.” Steinberg will be presenting on the growth of community wind energy development in the United States.

Among the other distinguished experts scheduled to speak at the conference are Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg, Germany’s Federal Minister of Economics and Technology, Michael Eckhart, President of American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE), and Rainer Bröring, CEO of GE Wind Energy Germany.
